Doctor for a Day - UniMed
- UniMed are a team of passionate experts dedicated to helping students win a place at the UK medical school of their choice. Medicine is highly competitive, with over 74,000 applicants in 2016 for only 6815 offers; good grades alone are not enough to secure your spot at medical school anymore, with over 10 applicants for every offer.
- Work experience is arguably the most crucial part of the medicine application process – without any it is impossible to secure a university offer. Medical work experience is getting more and more difficult to obtain with tightening hospital and GP restrictions, so we offer GCSE and A-Level students the opportunity to be a UniMed Doctor for a Day and make their UCAS application a success.
